Zia’s is excited to join the legacy of amazing restaurants and businesses that have come before us in this historic 1890s building on Broadway. Over the last 130 years, this space has been home to everything from a handcrafted shoe shop and soda fountain to a movie house, bowling alley, cafés, and beloved local bars. Most recently known as the Silver Mill, its original brick, timber, and copper details still reflect the spirit of old-town Philipsburg. Today, Zia’s carries that history forward—bringing new flavor and fresh energy to one of the town’s most iconic spaces!
